End of Season Team Appreciation Event - May 19th
We hope you all join us at the 23/24 End of Season Team Appreciation event on Sunday May 19th from 9:45am – 2:00pm!
We’ll be raffling off lots of large items including, private flight and glider tours, hotel stays, lunch cruises on the Portland Spirit, gas and grocery gift cards, whitewater rafting trips, a one-month membership to Brimstone Boulders, Portland Timbers tickets, and of course, skis and snowboards!
Read below for event schedule and important information relating to invited team members and their guests, and transportation to and from the event:

Menu subject change at any time based on availability.
MHM requests that team members update their emails in Dayforce to ensure smooth communications in between winter seasons. Please note, team members cannot edit their email through the Dayforce app, it must be done through the web browser version.
Follow these steps to update your Dayforce Email:
1) Click the link below and open Dayforce in a web browser
2) Sign into your Dayforce account (see photo on the right for Company and Username info)
2) Once signed in, click “Forms” in the “Favorites” box on the right side
3) Under the “Personal” tab, click “Contact Details”. This will pop out a screen where you edit your email
4) Click “+” to add a new email address, and/or click “X” to delete an email address
5) Push the blue “Submit” button on the bottom of the pop out screen

Mountain Exchange Ending Soon For The 23/24 Season
The last day our Mountain Exchange Program will be active
for use this season is May 18th.
The following places are still active for team members’ access:
Brimstone Boulders (Hood River, OR)
The Circuit Bouldering Gym (PDX, OR)
Movement Rock Climbing (PDX, OR)
Timberline (Gov’t Camp, OR) – Fri-Sun
Mt. Bachelor (Bend, OR)
Spaces are filling up quickly!
If team members need to pick up their letter during a day that Meadows is not operating to the public, they can still access the folder on the desk outside of HR by going through the North Snout Entrance.

Turning In Uniforms? Check Out The Info Below!
Team members can turn in their uniforms by placing their garments inside the final return bin (no bagging necessary).
Photo of the final return bin on the left!
By placing your garment inside the Final Return bin and not in the uniforms office area, you are helping us keep returned items and items not yet checked back in completely separated for inventory purposes. If the bin is full, please place items as close to inside the bin as possible.
Team members can snap a photo of their barcodes for their reference if they desire to do so, although it is not mandatory.
Don’t forget to check your pockets for personal items!

We LOVE seeing all of you in your Spring Shirts, however, please remember that your Spring Shirt is a uniform item and team members should honor the following guidelines through the remainder of the 23/24 season:
- Your spring shirt is a uniform item
- You must wear a nametag!
- NO freeriding in your spring shirt
- NO consuming alcohol in your spring shirt
- NO smoking or using tobacco products in your spring shirt
- Treat it just like your uniform until the end of the season.
